Tired, up early to dog sit. Skipped workout, but ok, as am doing weekdays.
Ate MF good.
Wanted my mid morning protein again.... it always hits. Had some chicken.. so good. Didn't measure, so ended up having about 12 ounces! Hummm.. how to combat this?
Think I will have to find some really good MF choices when I get that mid-morning protein urge.
